They had a week vacation in San Diego and decided to spend the beginning in the OC with Madison. They of course came with a suitcase of presents for her - Leapster, Alphabet Leapster for fridge,water lion toy, balloon boat, and of course the view finder! She is learning the Leapster and loves the "r" on the fridge alphabet one! R says rrrrr- thank God for volume control!

It was nice to have out of state family in town. In fact, they even purchased the same netbook as Ryan while they were out - what better time to purchase a computer than on vacation? Of course the girls had to watch video... (Funny cause one of the times Ryan's mom was out, Roger bought an Iphone!). Maybe only funny to us. Moving on...
We left for vacation on Sunday. Ryan braved sitting in the back with the munchkin to entertain. We got in about 8:15ish on Sunday night. It was SO nice to have time off. Time off with my husband, time off just me and Madison, time off just me, time off in general. It was MUCH needed. We have already decided we need to do mini vacations at least in 3 months - that way we are not pulling our hairs out. I'd like to go do an overnighter in San Diego since we have our Sea World pass (pay a day get 2009 free).

Anywho, we enjoyed our time. We did the pool (Madison not so much a fan), MGM Lion Habitat, New York New York Coney Island - she won a Elmo doll and M&M's truck, etc. Luckily she stayed on her schedule so it was not traumatizing for her. All stop the rambling with, so glad to be home.
