Busy Busy BEES

Fun times at our house I say! Considering this is the second time I've tried to post this today thanks to Ms. Handsy on the laptop :)

Ryan took Wednesday off to have a family morning and afternoon then did about 4 notary jobs in the evening so it all worked out. After breakfast, daddy and Madison were watching Imagination Movers so I could paint my nails. I thought I would paint Madison's too! I forgot how TINY her toenails are until I paint them - jees, not the EASIEST task.

It was VERY nice to have him take a day off. He has been busy busy busy. Madison has started saying "Daddy work?". SO, what better place for family time then Disneyland on a BEAUTIFUL day? Dland! (Everyone else thought so as well - forgot it is Spring Break in other school districts). We had fun regardless. Madison got to go on Toy Story with Ryan for the first time. She LOVES that ride! Here are some photos of our excursion at Dland. Yes, Ryan bought her the triple pack of lollipops (I forgot how good they were - we helped her finish it!).

Thursday, Madison and mommy went back to Disneyland to meet up with an old high school friend. She was only able to stay around for about an hour and a half but it was still fun. Then I was fortunate enough to experience another Target shopping trip with a screaming toddler. It's as if she know mommy enjoys the store so lets make it miserable for her! Sometimes I wonder.... Then we just hung out at Kori's house which was relaxing. I love how it seems my child listens to other adults, just not me.

SO, we are now at TGIF! And seriously, THANK YOU GOD for Fridays! This mommy needs a break. We are enjoying a day of rest at home. Madison has been eating like a porker!!! Go-gurt, cereal, sand dollar pancakes, nana, macaroni, and she still wants more!!! No wonder, since I just changed the explosion in her diaper! She has to fill up again! Between all these snacks, we decided to do some art for the fridge. I copied some prints from when I taught kindergarten and let her have at with my washable markers. It was the first time I let her do it on her own so she was pretty stoked!

Here is her finished artwork. "Washable" markers, I think not! What soap does Crayola use? Oh well, she enjoyed herself.

Oh and on a sentimental note- backtracking a few days - Madison figured out how to climb onto my Grandma's old stool that I grew up on. It was "my chair" at the table. Now, it's currently a stool that doubles as a diaper backpack holder! What's funny is she doesn't know how to get done, so I hear "Stuck!" when she is done! LOL.
